-          Provided reference and BI to students and professors.

-          Worked solo at a remote site from main library.

-          Generated a thirty-page white paper on The Ideological Range of Think Tanks Useful to Social Workers Developing Policy – this was requested by a professor teaching a policy course. He found it so useful that he published it on the course’s permanent WebCT page.

-          Commended and thanked by a professor for the help given to her students who needed information on the complex Patriot Act.

-          Wrote a weekly column for the Social Work school newsletter on how to use new databases.

-          Created a blog originally to deliver search results to a professor but which became a place to leave status information for fellow workers and then a discussion on a free and widely used resource for social workers.  http://socialworklibrarian.blogspot.com

-          Helped CCC realize need to prioritize these works given the volume and imminent deadline.

-          Significantly increased productivity in verification by alerting CCC to certain web resources and how to use them most effectively.

-          Introduced verification and productivity measures that are being used to better predict future labor needs for this type of project.
